- Orders will be processed and shipped within 2-5 business days.
- Shipping confirmation will be sent via email and will contain tracking information.
Returns
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to complete your return/exchange. We allow 1 day after you have received your item to request a refund and 14 days to get the item returned in as received condition. We give 15 days from date of received orders to complete returns. We do not run or operate the postal service & take no responsibility for their shipping speed, times & or shipping costs. Returns/refunds will not be accepted if requested more than 1 day after delivery of your order. If accepted returns are not received within the time frame listed above, The Turquoise Roan Boutique is not responsible for shipping your order back nor responsible for a refund. If we receive unaccepted returns, The Turquoise Roan Boutique will not go against policy & complete a return nor ship the package back out unless the buyer pays return shipping. Returns/refunds are only accepted in the above explained policy timelines. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. We do not accept returns on earrings that have been taken out of the package. We do not accept returns on sale and clearance items. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us at mattea@theturquoiseroanboutique.com. You need to wait to ship back your item until you have received confirmation that your return is being processed and accepted. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 972 Skyline Drive, Lawrenceville PA 16929. If your return request is accepted, you will need to package your item and ship it back. We do not return postage fees nor do we offer return shipping labels. We will not process a return without The Turquoise Roan receiving a request to return prior to return shipment.
